1. Information We Collect

When using TSudoku, we collect the following types of information to provide you with the best competitive gameplay experience:

• Account and Identity Information: If you register (via Email or Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, and a unique user identifier (UID).
• Gameplay and Activity Data: Match statistics, puzzle scores, cell placements, game duration, Elo rating, and board state configurations.
• Financial Information (In-App Purchases): Through our subscription processor, we process transaction history and receipt tokens to validate and activate premium features. We do not collect or store credit card details.
• Technical and Diagnostic Data: Device hardware, OS version, crash reports, and performance telemetry to diagnose issues and ensure smooth 60 FPS performance.
• Device Identifiers: Push notification tokens (to alert you about match invitations) and Advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA) for ad delivery and optimization.

2. How We Use and Share Information

We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:

• Core App Functionality: Manage your player profile, synchronize cloud game progress across devices, process purchases, and pair you with rivals in real-time matchmaking.
• Developer Communications: Send critical notifications regarding rank updates, tournaments, or system maintenance (you can disable notifications in your device settings).
• Telemetry & Analytics: Troubleshoot game bugs, assess server load, and analyze global user engagement trends.
• Advertising & Monetization: Deliver relevant advertisements within the free tiers of the application by sharing non-sensitive identifiers with ad partners.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers

To deliver seamless real-time functionality, TSudoku integrates trusted third-party providers operating under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging): Used for secure authentication, crash telemetry, and push notifications. Google Privacy Policy.

4. Security & Data Encryption

All client-to-server communication between the application and our Phoenix backend servers is protected via end-to-end TLS encryption over HTTPS and secure WebSockets (WSS). We employ industry-standard organizational and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect, correct, or permanently request deletion of your player account and all associated personal data at any time.

• To request account and data deletion, email us at support@tsudoku.app with the subject line "Delete Account".
• We will process your deletion request within 30 days, permanently purging your authentication records and history from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

TSudoku is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a minor under 13 has provided personal details, we promptly purge that information from our servers.
